"Unreality", the dictatorial government that dominates Seoul based on Kukuru Tower, uses addictive "Kukuru Candy" to dominate Seoul.

"Ground Z", a vigilante group to overthrow Unreality, prepares for the final fight and comes to you, an agent who made a name for him in the past.
