플레이어는 1990년대 남미의 ■■■■■에 터를 잡은 용병회사의 사장입니다.카르텔은 급속도로 성장을 하고 있고, 정부와 지방 경찰은 빠르게 부패해가고 있습니다. 반군은 호시탐탐 내전을 일으키고, 각 나라의 정보 기관들이 판치고 있습니다. 이런 혼돈으로 빠져드는 세계에서 용병회사에게는 늘 기회와 위기가 함께 찾아옵니다.
당신의 클라이언트는 정치적인 이유로 스스로를 드러내고 싶어하지 않습니다. 지저분한 일을 누군가 대신 해결해주기를 바라며, 당신이 의뢰를 실패한다고 해도 클라이언트는 당신을 지켜주지 않을 것입니다. 대신에 돈은 두둑하게 받을 것입니다.
의뢰를 준비하고 해결하는 과정은 사실적인 전투 시뮬레이션을 관찰하는 것으로 이루어집니다. 플레이어는 전투원을 직접 컨트롤하지 않고, 용병회사 사장으로서 더 효과적인 전술적인 지시를 내려야 합니다. 의뢰는 한 번의 시도로 성공하기 어렵습니다. 집요하게 적의 약점을 파악하고, 새로운 전술을 시도해보세요. 용병단의 성장은 당신이 의뢰를 해결하는 것에 실마리가 될 수도 있습니다. 정해진 기간 안에 의뢰를 수행할 준비를 마치세요.
새로운 용병을 뽑고 , 용병의 무기와 전술적인 조합, CQB 상황에서의 행동 정책 등을 컨트롤하여 용병단이 의뢰를 성공할 수 있도록 지시하세요. 당신은 사장으로서 용병단의 임무수행을 분석하게 됩니다.
