3 a.m. The neighbor is thudding again.
You've had enough, so you pick up a hammer. It swings at whatever wall your cursor points to. Click to set off dynamite.
The damage you do stays after every run. When your anger cools, the run ends. Spend your coins at the hardware shop, upgrade the hammer, and dig the same hole deeper. Break through, and the noise comes from even farther away.
Chase the noise through six walls
Each wall has its own material, its own noise-maker, and its own way of falling apart. Every breakthrough reveals what was making the noise.
Hit harder, and the hammer cracks
As heat builds during a run, the hammer hits harder, but the handle starts to crack. Past a certain point, every swing carries a chance of snapping it, and that chance is always shown on screen.
The neighbors react
The bigger the hole, the more light and music leak through. "Did you hear something?" turns into "What's with the wall?" and finally "KILL THE MUSIC!" Between runs they tape the hole shut and throw slippers. Throw dynamite through an open hole and it goes off right in the middle of them.
About two hours to the ending
The game is designed for roughly two hours to the ending. Runs are short, 13 to 40 seconds, and each wall is a chapter spanning many runs. Breakthrough milestones, 14 perk cards, and four hidden finds in every wall give you goals along the way. After the ending you get New Game+, a Daily Run with the same conditions for everyone that day, achievements, and records.
