A combination of card battles, mercenary collecting, and the essence of rogue-lite strategy.
Gold and Graves is a unique 2D roguelite deckbuilder where you battle with cards and bribe your enemies to join you on the battlefield.
Battles are positional, turn-based combat inspired by chess and SRPGs, with a wealth of cards, relics, and events requiring new strategies each time.
Build your own tactics, mercenaries, and deck to defeat the powerful boss waiting deep in the dungeon. Choose to escape along the way and carry over the rewards to the next round, growing stronger even through failure.
Conquer, collect, farm, and strategize. It's all at your fingertips.
Location-based turn-based combat
This battle is not a simple turn-based system. Cards, positions, action order — every choice is a variable. One small mistake can wipe out your allies.
In unexpected interactions, use your strategy and judgment to overcome the chaos. Only the truly skilled can conquer this dungeon.
Mercenary hiring system
If you give gold coins to enemies during battle, they will become your allies.
Mercenaries you purchase will participate directly in the next battle, fight under your command, and sometimes sacrifice themselves.
It's your choice who to save and who to abandon. Buy loyalty with gold, and use careful calculations to maneuver them through the dungeon.
Farming and Escape – Failure is not the end
This game is different from your typical roguelike. One failure doesn't mean you lose everything.
If you choose to escape during a battle, you can keep some cards, relics, and mercenaries to continue to the next attempt.
Repeat farming and preparation to become stronger and stronger. Better decks, stronger combinations, deeper strategies. Victory is completed through repetition.
Infinite combinations, endless repetitions
The combination of cards, relics, and monsters creates a completely new strategy with every attempt. Your deck will be different every time, and the way you fight will change accordingly.
Failure is learning. Solve puzzles your way, building increasingly sophisticated decks. Every play is a new challenge.
